Bec has been teaching yoga, meditation and breathwork since 2016, with her own personal practice spanning and growing over the past 15 years.

Bec has a gentle and considered approach to her teaching, with a particular love and specialisation in yin yoga and energy healing, while weaving TCM and Taoist practices into her offerings.

Bec offers private 1:1 and small group sessions, as well as hosting regular events, workshops and courses.

Slow, long-held and supported floor based postures designed to nourish and hydrate the body, calm the mind, and soothe the soul.

Yin is a beautiful practice that can support flexibility and mobility of the body, bring calm and ease to the mind, while nourishing your soul and spiritual body.

This practice is completely supported by props, making it accessible for all levels.

The practice also includes breathwork and meditation, and ends with an extended Savasana (final relaxation and integration pose), which is infused with the healing frequencies of Reiki.

Full Moon Practice

Sunday 31st May

Join Bec to gather under the full moon to share energy and create some cosmic magic together. Using the power of the full moon is the perfect time to shed what no longer serves you, and take some time to slow down, rest, and receive.

This particular full moon is coupled with the energy of Sagittarius, making it an adventurous, fiery, and optimistic energy. Bring your favourite journal and pen along as we release what no longer serves, and allow ourselves to fully rest and receive.

What to expect

The space will open with a centering meditation and breathwork. You will be guided to reflect on what you need to release, in order to call in your dreams and desires. 

Next we will move through a yin yoga practice ~ gentle and supported floor based postures, to invoke our connection to the energy of the moon. This practice is crafted to align with the energy of Sagittarius and the fire element. 

During the final phase of the practice, you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra ~ a deeply healing and restorative guided body scan meditation. You are then guided seamlessly into Savasana ~ the final pose of rest. This is infused with the healing frequencies of Reiki, allowing you to fully rest, receive, and integrate the shifts that occur during the session.

There’s so much power and wisdom when we gather together and connect with the cycles of nature.

1:1 Yin Yoga Sessions

1:1 sessions are specifically crafted to your body, your energy, and your goals. Yin Yoga postures, breathing techniques, meridian stretching and acupressure points are used to encourage a free flow of energy through your energy channels, whilst nourishing and tonifying the ligaments, tendons and fascia.

1:1 sessions are great for you if:
