Day 1
Mini Yin Reset Practice
This short, sweet and simple practice is perfect if you are short on time or need a little reset in your day. Props are not required but you can use if you like.
Day 2
Sleep Soundly Yin Practice
This simple and sweet practice is perfect to do at the end of the day to melt away any tension or stressors from your day. You will require a wall space for this practice.
Day 3
Happy Hips Yin Practice
Do you have tight hips? Then this practice is for you! This short practice is designed to bring some spaciousness to those tight hips, which is so common in our modern world. You don't require props, although a yoga bolster or a pillow is nice to have.
Day 4
Yin For Deep Rest
This short and gentle practice is designed to give you the time and space to rest and receive. It is rare that we allow ourselves to take the time to rest that we really need, so give yourself permission to do just that.
Day 5
Yin For The Lower Back
This practice has been crafted to soothe any tension you may hold in your lower back, which is common in our modern world of sitting for long periods of time. You might also ask yourself: "Where in my life am I not feeling supported?" as the lower back correlates with this notion.
