Our natural way of living as humans is aligned with the seasons and cycles of nature. The pull of the tide, planting and harvest crops, a woman’s menstrual cycle, seasons, elements, the sun and the moon.
It is innate within all of us to live by these rhythms. However in our modern world, we have become disconnected from these natural rhythms, and it is impacting our wellbeing, and severing our connection with Mother Earth.
Lunar Yin is an invitation to reconnect back to these natural cycles and rhythms that are innate within nature, and within us.
Lunar Yin is imbued with the wisdom of nature, aligning with the moon cycles, the seasons and the elements - using these rhythms as a guiding star in your life for cyclic living and optimal wellbeing.
Rhythm & Details
Lunar Yin is hosted live twice a month under the New and Full Moon. Each class is themed around the flavour of each moon, as well as seasonal, elemental and energetic imprints.
Specific yin yoga poses, breath and meditation techniques, meridians and organs are curated and crafted into each session to align with the current theme.
Aligning yourself with nature in this way is such a powerful and embodied way to work with the natural rhythms of nature.
This in turn will allow you to connect deeper with yourself as a cyclic being, and with Mother Earth.

Bec is absolutely amazing at what she does in her yoga class. Her voice is so calming, grounding & I always feel so safe & held when I am in her presence during a session with her. I have had other yoga teachers before & I could never quite get myself to a space of relaxation & trust, but from the very first class with Bec I was in awe of how easily it was for me to drop in to that level of calmness. I was also so impressed that she was able to hold such a wonderful space that I was able to let go & allow my mind to rest which brought forward visions to help me on my journey, which I am so grateful for!
